Crime Watch Update - Recycle bins

32 opinions in 31 threads, created by cocoandghosty3haven on 31/01/2010
Last Autumn 2009 local council provided the majority, if not all, of my city with THEIR OWN large recycling bin. Each home was supplied with one 150+ litres capacity prestige quality blue bin designed to withstand all extremes of weather. Regular fortnightly collections of each home's recycle bin contents started in December 2009 - products to be recycled included glass, paper, cupboard, plastic etc. Congratulations local council at least some of my council tax is spent well - excluding costs of unnecessary administration, higher managers bonuses -------- associated with scheme. One month later ---- SABOTAGE - OF THIS EXCELLENT SCHEME 1. Last week on thursday my neighbours recycle bin went missing - taken from their garden in middle night by WHO for WHAT??? 2. Last thursday my recycle bin went missing - taken from their garden in middle night by WHO for WHAT??? Do any toluna members know if there is an ongoing NATIONAL CRIME WAVE OF THEFT OF RECYCLE BINS Are recycle bin theives prosecuted in court for this crime and what is penalty ? What is trade resale value of recycle bins of type descibed above ? Are recycle bins themselves recyclable ? HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION ONLY HERE WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH A RECYCLE BIN IF YOU STOLE IT THIS COULD BE 80 WORDS ANSWER FOR THOSE KEEN GET POINTS

lol, your topics always make me laugh / snigger / giggle!

You OBVIOUSLY have some sort of poltergeist and/ or ghost around and you must sort this ASAP before they pass your details onto aliens and you get abducted.

Lol- t/c xx
