The big four countries who bank roll the contest (UK.France,Germany & Spain) will be meeting in emergencey session next week to discuss pulling out of the competition because of the disgraceful 'Easten Block Voting' problem. This has been a long time coming and the EBU has failed to fine a sollution. What are your views on the political voing problems and Terry Wogan's shock announcement live on TV to quit because of it?
It is a boring programme and I can't understand most of the lyrics from other countries. We should try and spend time promoting this country with more live music festivals in the UK
it's boring and pointless. The Uk never wins. and i don't understand all the foregn languages and i don't like cheesy pop music. the only good band taht have come out of eurovision is Lord.(i'm in to metal music)
When we were kids the euro vision song contest was wonderful, people from all over europe singning and dancing it was a real colourful spectical, which most people looked forward to and you were allowed to stay up late to watch.That was years ago now it has been spoilt by politics and the eastern block sticking together. We should pull out of it as it is no longer a fare contest.It seems to me the countrys we let in just recently into europe have over run us and are making everything they touch theres haven't they heard of sharing and being fare and honest.
