real, deffinetly, big or small, they are so much better, to look at and feel

I think its personal choice but I personally I am not into doing anything that involves a knife and surgery unless it is for life saving reasons. Also I think its just unnecessary expense and discomfit. A lot of people who get them would be a lot happier with the outcome of having counselling and improving their self esteem and it would probably be a lot cheaper and has better long term results. I don't love mine as I think they are too big but its the old story that if they're big you want small and if they're small you want big, I just think I have what I have and its the way I am and so be it. Luckily though I am very comfortable and confident in my own skin.

what ever floats your boat, fake boobs can look really real and natural now a days
