I have suffered with restless leg syndrome for quite a number of years now and find it hard to deal with at times. During my last two pregnancies I suffered really badly and had the thing constantly both day and night I couldn't settle and hardly slept. Although I had really bad morning sickness I found it more than preferable than restless leg syndrome. Since my pregnancies I tend to suffer with it very mildly in comparison. I was just wondering does anyone else suffer from it and also has anybody got any tips on how to ease the problems as any help would be a blessing.
I have many sleepless nights when he starts with it, and sometimes multiple bruising too. It wakes him up as well, and he has to get up to "stretch his legs". He never wakes up before he's played football with me though. We both lose sleep with it. I tried sleeping in another bed, but I couldn't rest properly anyway, I laid awake listening out for him getting up to stretch his legs. Still, we did take vows, for better or worse, sickness and health, till death us do part. At the time I didn't realise it would be quite so literal as it has turned out to be.
my wife has it when she is bored or anxious, it drives me mad trying to watch a movie with her leg tapping all the time, but i do try to be understanding
Oh yes, hering me,but especially when someone annoys me. I sit there with my legs crossed and one of them will be swinging to and fro, very quickly...lol.
