I think footballers are over paid however the money they are paid does come as an income to the club still leaving the club enough money to help the community and also train young players and help grass root football take off!

Some players are well overpaid, in the English league. These tend more to be the higher profile players and usually they come from abroad as they now that our clubs are willing to pay higher wages in order to acquire their services. Unfortunately players now know that they can bargain ands auction themselves with clubs as they can soon go elsewhere if clubs don’t meet their demands. However, young English players, even in the top flight are on a lot less than foreign player in the same team as them, even when they have a very similar ability.
Yes, especially when you have people who work with people such as a care worker who is not even recieving a fraction of thier wage, who are thy helping to survive...no 1 they are only providing entertainment
No. Get paid what you can. If everyone is willing to pay so much for tickets and shirts, i'd sooner the players that i want tosee get the money sooner than some business man behind the scenes
