It seems whenver you read about the internet these days, it's about social networking sites like Facebook. There must be other interesting things happening online these days? What else is happening on the internet or with technology in general?
I am not interested either there are too many weirdos out there these days and I don't want my life and pictures of me or family posted anywhere in cyberspace. Nothing is private these days and I would much prefer to meet people face to face. It is also affecting peoples working lives as often peoples faces are associated then with a company and they don't want that image making an impression on them. Everyone needs to start thinking a bit more carefully and then this is not as much fun so I think they will start to decline in the future.
Heck yes, I am not interested in them and don't spend any time on them. I am more interested in meeting people when out and about than building up a huge network of internet friends, half of which are probably not even who they say they really are. I think that it was a fade and that it is on its way out now. Not my cuppa tea sorry.
