Do any of you carnivores enjoy preparing and eating Liver? Personally i enjoy it now and again (when cooked well), but I was teaching my students yesterday and only 2 had ever eaten it at home! I made some Liver Burgers when they started the course, not telling them what it was until they had eaten them though! I had a large pice of calves liver, and three of the girls refused to touch it - and they want a career in cooking! It was prepared eventually though - sliced very thinly, and fried in butter with garlic, shallots, and white wine - Venetian style! out of 7 students I had 2 'refuseniks' and 1 that tasted it but did not like it!

yes, pigs liver especially with onins, baccon and steak mince with mash potatoe in a gravy sauce with tomatoes.
Never liked it. it stinks. just looks discusting and the thought of what the liver does!!! yuk
No, not particularly. I don't like the tube bits you find in it, it puts me right off
nope I find it disgusting. my mum loves it with onions. I cant stand the look of it, the smell and especially the taste. yuck.
iv never tried it but it doesnt look very appealing
I love it, it is very delicious and very healthy
I really like lambs liver, but haven't had it in a very long time.
not at all, slimy stuff before cooking and just disgusting after
