Best to get it made. Wedding dresses are like anything else they have fashions and trends that come and go and it seems that strapless is a huge trend at the moment. Haven't seen any with sleeves for a while, would suggest that it will be both cheaper and more pleasing to get it made exactly as you want it. My wedding dress was made for 30% of the price of the same design in the store and it fitted me a lot better and was more flattering.
