Do Uphill Sprints, it builds up the leg muscles and gives you more power when running
Well would suggest that you get a little fitter, maybe trying doing sprints and also longer running and then start combining the two. Train train and train some more. If it doesn't work then maybe get someone to stand in front of you and move their hands rapidly backwards and forwards past your head at the sides so you get the sense of running faster. Warning if they suggest you close your eyes don't as they will smack you on the forehead and warn you that you should never run with your eyes shut.

Not that many people know that building your stomach muscles helps a lot when you want to run faster. (From someone who plays Wing in Rugby)
Cut your legs off and get Prosthetic limbs – those guys an run quicker than an able bodied person
Okay then, well for you to run faster, you have to make your arms go faster too. If you can do that, then you will go faster!!
You can do whatever you want as long as you never give up when things look tough.
I think that is commendable and good for the health and the heart and lungs, though don't over do it. I just wish i could run, full stop.I am too dizzy to attempt it plus of course, far too fat to get any speed up. It's many a long year since i have run for the bus, and the last time i did, the bus drew out anyway before i had got to the stop, and I and felt such a fool i kept on running a bit longer in the hopes no one would notice my humiliation.
