Eating fast food in small amounts occasionally with a well balanced diet I think would be ok just as long you only have it once in a while and don’t over do it. As long as you are eating healthy and with right amount of exercise it should be fine, but with today’s fast food industry adverting left right and centre and very often adverts are in the wrong place its on wonder we are getting more obese as a nation. The adverting should be cut to a minimum and only shown past watershed so that they are not aimed at young children.
Ummmm had a boston bun today. That is fast food, I walked quickly to the shop and then quickly back to the office to eat it. Really don't enjoy fast food much as find it too bland, oily and makes me feel yucky afterwards. Don't mind the deli rolls that some offer as they are a bit tastier and healthier providing you don't add bacon and cheese to them. My real down fall is crisps and chocolate. Ummmmm. I don't know why but I can turn my head to fast food, cakes etc but not to crisps and chocolate
As long as you dont eat it all the time, then fast food is okay as a treat. Everything in moderation is the key. You must also keep yourself fit with exercise to keep yourself trim. It is when you just constantly eat takeaways all the time that it begins to take effect on not only your waistline but on your bank balance also.I dont feel that the adverts have much effect on persuading people to eat more fast food. they are going to eat it whether it is advertised or not.
