In my opinion, the situation is quite simple. I like everything implied and talked about here. There are some positives, but also obviously the negatives. It's never a black and white affair, more of a grey issue. At the end of the day it's all down to opinion! And who is to say a certain person's opinion is better than another's? We should approach this more objectively, in order to make opinions all equally valid. In the end, we always have to count on others.
I watched it last night for the first time and was not at all impressed. I have seen people complare it to The Simpsons, well sorry this prog just does not compare. The Simpsons are better by a country mile.
I love family guy, the new series has started and its just as funny as the last. As a kid I loved the Simpsons but since finding the family guy can't go back to the Simpsons. Simpsons are stand up comedy whereas family guy is a little older humour and more in depth jokes. Really enjoy it for a good laugh, wouldn't bust a gut to watch it but do record it so that when I am bored and there is nothing on tv or a I need a little laugh I can have a watch and not have to think too much.
I think that Family Guy is a new version of the simpsons, if we are being honest. But I love it. It's more random than the Simpsons, with a different humor.
