Naked lady in the toilets at the swimming pool.Is this acceptable?

Earlier in the week I went to an early birds swimming session at my local pool. The session ends at 9.o clock and everyone gets out,has a shower and trots of to a cubicle to get dried and dressed.(stay with me) Once I have done this I usually go into the loos(they have a big open area with a large mirror where I can sort the old mop out).So as usual,this is what I did,but on this particular day,I walked in to find a naked lady,using the tiny dryer to dry her feet and under her armpits!!.I avoided my urge to giggle(well,it did look a bit strange),but she then produced a mobile phone(no,I'm not sure where it came from either!!!)and started to chat to a friend about meeting for a coffee before meeting a new date.Now before you chaps get excited,she wasn't a babe,so you can get those images out of your head, okay?! Now I'm not a prudish sort of person,so i just saw the humour in a middle aged,largish naked lady,drying various body parts under a silly little hand dryer,but (and here is what makes it questionable),at this time of day,the school children are coming in for lessons and a few very uncomfortable looking young girls were walking into the loos at the time. The fact of the matter is,many people,whatever their reasons,do find nudity uncomfortable or awkward,so I kind of feel that it is a bit disrespectful to other pool users.After all,they do provide individual cubicles! So what do you all think?(and no chaps,I'm not going to tell you the name of the Swimming pool!!)
