I can't think of another band around at the moment of the calibre of Radiohead. They push boundaries and creativity to another level. They're not the least bit pretentious and are pretty regular guys - they just don't play the "fame game" - so just cos they're expressing themselves creatively doesn't mean that they're pretending to be something they're not. i don't pretend to understand what they're on about sometimes - all I know is that they manage to make something that should sound wrong sound really RIGHT. Really, really clever, and it's a real shame if you can't hear that.
I love Radiohead too and would love to see them live at some point in the near future. There is something quite beautifully eerie about Thom Yorke's vocals and the lyrics of their songs tend to be quite deep and meaningful. My favourite album is Pablo Honey and Creep is one of the best songs. I find their videos very intriguing as well. My favourites would be Karma Police, No Surprises and There There. Their sound has changed since the late 90s and I still like their most recent albums.
