When on holiday in Switzerland 2 years ago the buffet was unbelievable: sausages, bacon, eggs (cooked how you want!), mushrooms; a selection of cold meats; a selection of cheeses; Yoghurts, cereals and meusli, fruits, croissants with various spreads, and variety of teas coffees and fruit juices. I really pigged out, and usually ate a massive 7 courses!! And, as a norm, I did not usually eat brekkie (except at the weekends), nowadays I normally have half a grapefruit, yoghurt, juice, and espresso (full English at the weekends - as a brunch!), I also really enjoy, occassionally, croissants. My favourite breakfast, though, is when I am in Russia, during the winter, hunting: Black tea with an oatmeal biscuit, Vodka, and sala (garlic and spiced pure pork fat, frozen and sliced) or sausage!
