During the winter, I reckon homemade vegetable soup with bread and butter. It's hot, tasty and filling, but also a good balanced meal. During the summer I would go for a salad with some sort of protein like tuna, chicken or cheese. I do love bread so a sandwich is a great option, but sometimes I think that too much bread can make you feel bloated and lethargic, not the best thing when at work. Would always try and eat some fruit after lunch, as we are always being told to eat the "five a day" of fruit and veg. But try and make the fruit a bit more exciting, perhaps chop an apple, add a handful of grapes, cover with yoghurt and a handful of chopped nuts. Makes a great change.
