i had a load of points yesterday and went to check today to see what i had got and it said i had 2660 and it won't let me add any for some reason is anyone else having this trouble
this is my second day on here so i think there is sumthing wrong then if they are taking your points away from you like i said it is my second day so im only guessing
yes i have the same problem. I had 48145 and then the next day there was only 16150. I tried to contact toluna but the send button dosent work. I sent an email through the newsletter they sent me but no reply
says delivery before 11/02 well now 13th and no vouchers had intended to use it for valentines day and put a lot of extra work on site all they say is its sent and dont anser emails when you send them
Maybe to do with the new features they've added recently, but I've noticed the points total change sometimes - it said 0 points the other day, then when I signed out and in again they were back. Getting quite a lot of error messages, especially using the back button. Sometimes when I go to click 'I'm Done' and post an opinion I've just written it says Error, but when I go back in it's been posted, so think there's quite a few problems they need to iron out but their main priority should be keeping track of our hard-earned points.
