The nearest is The Bird in Hand, but the nearest that I've been in would be either The Prince of Wales or The Farriers.

the nearest to me is the silver birch its only 5 minutes away but as i dont drink i dont go in there though it looks rough so even if i did drink i wouldnt go in there anyways

hi cynthia well im 2 minutes away from a pub called the observatory ,its literally on my doorstep hahahaha ,and please give me a different clue than moat house as im not sure were that is lol,tke care,love shoes!!

Mine is called The Dovecote - it is at the Dovecoat roundabout and is privately owned (i think) it's about 10 mins walk from the house.

The village pub here is called The Duke, the man who used to run it had a dog named Wellington, so original. I don't drink and they don't have my hubby's favourite beers so we don't go there often. Most of my friends like it just fine, it's just hubby being difficult. I know the food there is good, though,as the friends have all mentioned it.
