I doubt that she hates everyone but I can tell you that nearly everyone has one teacher at school that they don't like and think is horrible and mean and isn't fair. Often when you get older and have left school and meet that teacher again you realise that they are actually really nice and that sometimes the class was actually pretty mean to her or that she had some problems that no one knew about.

Everything always seems horrible but remember that you only have a couple more years and you are off to high school and things will change and PE is only one subject - I bet there are teachers that you really like so you are lucky there is only one that you don't.
