I was tempted to buy one and so went through a phase of reading a lot about them. From what I read it is very enjoyable and a nice little workout for those who do not do other things. Apparently the graphics are good, as are the games. Unfortunately people did say that it got rather repetative and that they could have got a work out that was just as good by simply leaving the house and other such things. Since I would have gone for it because I wanted to get fitter than I am. I decided not to. But as something to get from you from a stage of being unfit and overweight, to fitter and maybe losing some weight, it is good. But not for die hard people wh alrady work out to some degree and want strength. Yoga is meant to be great too, but do not base much care around what it says about BMI. Apparently it lies.
I got mine when they first came out and have no regrets whatsoever. I think its great.
I like the fact that when you play a game on it you aren't just sitting on your butt and you can get a real workout from it if you really get into it. The tennis is great fun and you can get really carried away and end up with sore shoulders.
The yoga is great as are the training exercises etc. My husband is not very fit and he has found it fantastic as a way to get active at home without having to leave the comfort of the house and while having fun.
The number of games and things available for it are increasing and the only downside to it is that the games options are still limited and can be pricey.
Iwould like the chance to find out cannpt get one.If they are not very good can someone let me know as we are always in Game seeing if one is avaliable. The people is out local Game shop said we could go on the list if we wanted to but the list is 6months long, with about a couple of hundered names on it so we have stopped bothering, apparently , so they must be quite good .
