What is or was your natural hair colour? When I was a little girl I used to have blonde hair but as I got older it turned about darker and appeared to be more of a mousy colour, before it eventually started having grey streaks in it. I now have my hair highlighted not only to cover the grey hair but also because it makes me feel a little better about myself and I am sure it also makes me look younger.Are most ladies as vane a myself?
When i was younger i used to have very light blonde hair, then when i grew up it turned mousey blonde. Then I went through a period of dying my hair literally every weekend last year. I went through bright reds, to pink and blue. Now i just stick with bleach blonde. My hair is very dry and damaged now which is pretty annoying so i also have hair extensions. I definatly regret dying and bleaching it so much now.
My hair is a mid brown, thankfully without grey yet. It was blond when I was a child, but darkened when I was at primary school.
I have never dyed it. As a middle aged bloke, and especially one who has never dyed his hair before, folk would assume I was having some sort of mid life crisis! It's a shame, as I'd quite like to experiment with being a red head as my mother was (until her hair faded).
My son was born blond and is still blond at age thirteen. I think there's a fair chance now that he'll stay blond.
