Local Butcher or Supermarket meat

i use both for different reasons, supermarkets provide quite good value but i think more care goes into preparing and selling meat in a butchers

The local butcher definately has better tasting meat but they are few and far between that you have no choice but to use the supermarket

Local butcher, better quality meat and likely to be source locally. I don't buy beef from Tesco because I have had too many bad cuts from them. I don't truct the expiry dates either
