Does anyone else feel that political correctness in this country is getting out of hand? Fair enough, people who offensively racist, sexist, etc should be shamed out of their awful behaviour. But I personally feel that silly things are now not P.C to say. Someone I know was looking after a class of children, when some of them started tickling him etc as children do. He said "stop it you little monkey" and because one of the children was ethnic minority, the parents made an official complaint about him. "you little moneky" is such a general comment; I know he didn't mean it in an offensive way, and I also know he certaintly didn't mean it offensively! I'll probably get reprimanded for repeating this story; but seriously, does anyone else feel the same?
Diane Abbott MP for Hackney North, she claims that schools in Hackney are great, yet she sends her son to the excluive City of London school for toffs so I recommend that she's sent packing at the next general election because she is a liar and has a big fat backside as well.
