low fat yoghurts. fruits and veg. fish, and most other things in moderation. when i go thailand, i eat little and often, and i usually come back half a stone lighter
Low fat, fruit, veg, proteins all the best stuff for your body and energy no fats or sugar. Everyone is on a diet as diet is just the name to call eatting food, I take it you mean to loose weight
The best foods in a diet is everything, but in moderation, you are supposed to eat food, just not over eat, which I know can be difficult as I, myself have trouble with my weight. I also have a lot of trouble with tasty food which I tend to indulge myself in, which I know is bad and from tomorrow I shall eat a lot more healthier, possibly lol! Also you should be drinking around 2 litres of water! Helps with flushing out toxins in your body!
I think to diet you have to eat healthy, and if you take some of the foods out of your diet that could not be very good either so eat everything in moderation and slowely
their is no one thing that is good for a diet that would suit everyones lifestyle.we all use varying amounts of energy burning differing amounts of calories.we also need different nutrients so a well balanced diet is the key
Diets, they only work for the short term, if at all. Eating in moderation is the key, move around a little more if your intentions are to loose weight. If to be healthy, the same applies really. Not too much sugar or salt, pleanty of fresh food, meats and fish as well as fruits and vegetables. Plenty of water. Out of the friends I have who have tried quick-fix diets, they have nearly always not only put the original amount of weight back on lost, but more!
