Dixie Chicks, Tadpole, Fur Patrol, Zed, Anthony Callea, Delta Goodrem, Headless Chickens, GnR, Nina Simone, Natalie Cole - so many choices just depends on what you currently have but I am sure there are dozens of bands that you haven't heard of and don't have, maybe go for some artists who are big in other countries but who are not necessarily known over here. Tadpole, Fur Patrol and Zed are NZ bands that I really enjoy. GnR is my main repeat on my ipod as am abit of a rock chick from way back

I listen to some radio and so have a few mainstream songs on my PC, but I recommend trying Nightwish or Within Temptation (similar styles - symphonic metal) and if unsure download a soundtrack from a film you like (not a score - a compilation CD) and see what artists are on it whose tracks you like.
