We all know about road rage but what gets you hot under the collar. I hate queue jumpers. You know the ones like The person who pretends to see someone they know further up the line or the person who asks to go before you at the checkout as they only have one or two items or the person who pushes from the back when the train or bus pulls in. Slow walking people, no offence but some people walk so slowly! I also get annoyed by idiot customers who ask dumb questions about things! How are we supposed to know more about items than what is written on the box? It is not like we would have bought the item and tested it! Therefore we cannot possibly comment on how good it is! I get annoyed with people talk behind other peoples backs without saying to the persons face which I think is doubly rude!
where do i begin! rudeness, shop assistants that ignore you, queue jumpers, people in the checkout queue who ram their trolley into your back, people who let their kids dash around the shopping mall on those trainers with little wheels on and trip you up, ignorant bus drivers, old people who are really rude to teenagers for no reason, people who dont clean up after their dogs, and those who let them run around the park without a lead, litter dropping, i could go on..and on.. but actually i am quite a happyperson - really
I have to say there are very few things that i hate.. words seem to top the list... QUITE is one of them.. what does it mean...I quite like some thing... either you do or you don't like it.. Hate is another. its a really strong word and I was once told "to hate something first you have to have loved it" ... I really dislike young adults who think its ok to swear around their elders... the other day I was touchered by 2 teenagers in a very public place, I couldn't leave they could, they said the "F" word 17 times in the conversation.
when people park their trolley across aisles in supermarkets so you can't get past and when they stop in the middle to chat to some friend they happen upon oh and people who don't apologose when they bump into you.... if i'm honest people in general annoy me
What gets me hot under the collar? Boy oh boy! do I get hot under the collar! How long have you got? right! let's start with animal and child cruelty; inconsiderate neighbours who mow the lawn at 6.00 am on a sunday; white van man who drives like he did in Poland or Croatia; people who wont poop scoop; cold callers on the phone or at the door; people on this site who post one word answers to an opinion and also get abusive because they dont have the intelligence to give a considered opinion; er! ...... did I mention queue jumpers, tail gaters on the motorway; the modern way of speaking with a question mark at the end of each sentence; people who bellow into their mobile phones on the street or on public transport (there is a clicker you can buy from Hong Kong that cuts off the signal); litterbugs; graffiti........ I bet you wished you had never asked the question!!!!
I would not say that I hate. That is too strong a word for my feelings but I do get annoyed when you enter a premises and end up being a doorman while others just sail past you without thanking you for holding the door open. Car drivers who block side roads when they can go no further because of traffic lights being on red or queueing at junctions. Motorists that can see or know that lanes reduce to one lane and whip up the side of the queue of traffic and then push their way in at the front. I suppose it is bad manners that get my goat!
