If I decide to buy another car one day I'm going to get an eco friendly one in order to reduce my carbon footprint. Scientists claim that if everyone on the planet stopped emitting carbon that it'd continue to rise a little bit but we should at least make an attempt to save our planet. Perhaps we'll surprise the scientists and cause a real change for the better or maybe we'll just buy the human race and all of the living creatures some time. Are you going to buy an eco friendly car next time? Perhaps you already have one or maybe you don't care?
My husband converted his old car to gas but he was having to drive about 10 miles to fill up. Very unfriendly. We are very good as a family for recycling, fruit and veggies grown by my father in law. Switch lights off, turn the telly off from stand by. But then we go the opposite way and only my husband and I drive and we have 4 cars between us. Yes I know but its my husband. He changes my car about every 2/3 months. I have had the one I use the most for nearly a year now. But then we have cars that have really big engines which we use occassionally and then we have run around cars.
To be honest its not all the car, its all in the driving technique, drive more efficiently and gradually and you can get great MPG and emit less exhaust gases.
as long as by eco friendly you mean small, turbocharged petrol engines with low weight, rather than 500kg of batteries, then yes. But only bother if you drive in an "eco friendly" way.
