yes, i have been trying to list an opinion for a week now, each day i go through the process of adding an opinion, taking me over 15 mins, just to find when i submit, i get the errror page, at first i thought well ok there are problems with toluna, but after leaving it and then today trying to do it again, taking loads of time, with an opinion that i would appreciate some feedback on, with other peoples opinions, to find yet again, it comes up with the error page. Now all the time there are new opinions appearing, so some people are managing to do it, but not me, so come on toluna whats the problem, i feel like not bothering any more
Never EVER received a reply email from Toluna with regards to any of my questions about delivery time for vouchers ,4 weeks LOL Never!!! My last ones were ordered around 22nd May...still waiting !!!!!
I requested an amazon voucher on the 1st June - and have yet to receive it - or any word on why it is delayed. I have only just discovered how to contact Toluna - I was expecting to find a "contact us" hyperlink in an obvious place - like the home page - but no. We'll see how long it takes for a reply. This is the only problem I've had to date.
I've also answered lots of surveys and don't always get the points. The first few times I tried using the contact form it didn't work and I just got failed delivery messages sent to my e-mail inbox instead! I did finally get the form to work and received a completely irrelevant standard response after a few days from someone who clearly hadn't read what the problem was. After replying directly to her e-mail I got passed on to someone else, who sorted it out within a few weeks - she did require the original invitation emails though, so it's worth not deleting them until you've definitely got the points. I've just tried contacting them again using the form about missing points for 4 more surveys, so will wait and see what happens this time...
Not to my knowledge you have always been fairly easy to contact when need be, whether it be concerning a survey, an opinion not credited or poll problems, you have been good at the customer service side of things!
i do not know how to contact you anyway. i had a problem earlier i was trying to create an opinion but it did not work, when i tried to submit it ,it came back saying select language.i clicked on english,but when i submited it i got the same response. itried it several times with no success so i created a poll to ask if any one else had problems when creating an opinion. i have looked at the poll and it seems that most people dont have any trouble. what am i doing wrong please help!
