After much researching on the internet in search of a digital picture frame for my spouse i finally selected a 7" Kodak picture frame. I selected this model from comparing size, quality, specifications and price to obtain what i thought would be appreciated.
In practise the quality is good but you have to insert your card into the frame and also it has no memory of it's own so although i believed i had selected a good all rounder it sadly lacks some of what we now consider would have been preferable.
How many other people find that this applies to them?
I would love to have a try them out before buying some gadgets to actually be sure of just what functions you would in reality use and then buy the one that fits.
We got a digital picture frame given to us and at first thought it was a great idea but to be honest it has become one of those things that you have but don't really use. We are not big into pictures anyway as we don't have much family and while its nice to have lovely pictures of scenery etc rotating we just don't find that great. It is now sitting unplugged sitting on the side board. Ours luckily has a built in memory and you just use a usb to attach it to the computer or camera and is very easy to upload photos to. Will probably sit gathering dust for a while
