how far have you gone to see your favourite singer/band in concert

I would go to the ends of the earth to see AFI but thankfully I havent had to yet as the SECC is 20 miles up the road

I took a 20 hour coach to Germany to go to Rock Im Park festival this year. Worth every penny, the line up was so much better than any English festival, and cheaper tickets, cheaper beer...
And when Rammstein tour again, i'll give up my left leg to go see them in Berlin.

I went abroad to Norway and i am from England so that was quite a trip just to see some bands, although it was one of the best experiences of my entire life and i had so much fun at the festival. I wanted to go again this year but i couldn't afford it, Norway being the most expensive country and all! If it had been just one individual gig i would not have gone but because it was a festival line up with many bands i ike that don't often come to my part of the world, if at all, it was a once in a ifetime opportunity, so i took it.

uhm... "sneak" out to Italy from Mexico and share a hotel room with someone i hate so i can get to see Iron Maiden with Avenged Sevenfold..and then return and see ur really pissed off parents hahaha it's priceless XD
