what do you think? sunbeds or not?

I have one and i have never used it i bough a spray tan set instead and guess what i havent used it either, i prefare going out in the sun and letting myself get naturally tanned.

sunbeds are good for a tan but its a risk but then again what isnt wateva you do now is risk nearly everything causes cancer so if you wana why not?

I think they are ok... if you have acne it really helps to clear it up. BUT should not be used all the time!

i dont think they are too bad aslong as you use the cream and dont over do it, cant be much different to sitting in sun all day!

totally stupid to use,a great way of accelerating aging,giving yourself cancer and skin like leather,if your that determined to get a tan,use a fake tan instead

I say yes for a short period of time only do not abuse it your skin by going everyday all day

depends on if you become addicted, if you rely on them then that is bad, and deffo not good for your skin

terrible. my sister in law just had two cancer moles removed caused by going on sunbeds. why not just use fake tan! or get a spary tan! they dont give you terminal illnesses!!!

I dont use sunbeds. I'm a naturally fair skinned redhead and reckon redheads look stupid with a tan as its obviously fake....or the hair colour is !. I do give myself a golden spritz for a special occassion though as I dont want to be the only one sitting there looking like a bottle of milk !!!

Using sunbeds are as safe as going in the sun. If you use them sencably then there is no harm.
