Unfortunately I'm a student an a new car is too expensive for me letalone a hybrid. I'm all for the environment but in order to help save it we have to spend so much money, buying energy saving bulbs, solar panelling, insulating our homes better, new and efficient heating...it's all just a bit too much. If they found a way to make these things cheaper then i think people would be more inclined to change their ways, soon enough these things will become common but seeing as the government need things to change as quickly as possible they're going about it the wrong way

At the moment, hybrid technology is not the answer and a diesel BMW still returns better economy and lower emissions than a Prius. Hybrid drive wieghs far too much and the way to make cars more eco friendly is to make them small and light with less useless electronic tat
