what are the best slimming tablets you can get ive tried adios, some of these apple ones with vinigar in some teabags which was really expensive and all they did was give me belly ache ive tried exercise but its hard t fit it into ur daily routine and its quite expensive for the gym nowdays i want to go to an all girl one so i can make some new friends an feeel confortable with the people but for now i would like to take some tablets until i feel confident enough to go
I had them years ago. You used to be able to get them off the doctor, which is what I did. They were great. I lost weight and never regained it. I am now 56 and a stone over weight. The gym has not helped and the tablets are nolonger available. Anyone know of a slimming aid that works?
I tried them once and ended up not sleeping for 3-days (the house was spotless!) so havent tried again, tempting, but def not the best way to loose weight
Theyre stupid. Just eat healthily. 6 meals a day if need be but just watch what youre eating . No fat,no sugar. have a treat now and then though. It aint going to kill you. Change your eating habts. You'll pile the weight back on when you stop taking the diet pills then you'll have to go about it the other way. i.e. decent diet!
