Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for world class engineers that are innovators, enjoy developing efficient software for processing tremendous amounts of web data and are looking for a challenge and want to break new ground.

Requirements:

Top university BSc in computer science.
Several years Java or .Net experience in commercial or open source software development.
Experience developing/designing large and scalable software systems.
Internet technologies: Apache, Jetty, Lucene, Memcached, Hybernate, XML, HTML, Ajax, etc.

Nice to have:

Experience with any of: Ruby on Rails, Python
Experience with Internet Gadgets, Widgets, Facebook API, Google OpenSocial, etc.
Knowledge and experience with some of: computational linguistics, text categorization techniques, Bayesian networks, search technology, text mining and recommender systems.
MSc Or PhD. in Computer Science.

Community Manager

Mission:

To Luna is looking for community managers in order to.

Moderate the content and usage of our community websites uk.toluna.com
Reply to members’ questions by email as part of our hotline.
Monitor members who have posted opinions about toluna.com on the site and respond to them by email.
Identify the most active users and contact them to get to know their suggestions and make them even more active.
Analyse members main expectations and define areas for improvement.
Translation from English or French to your native language.

Profile:

A good knowledge and interest in the internet is essential; must be familiar with internet tools and applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
Notions of HTML are a plus.
Native speakers of any of our community languages.
A good level of French or English.
QA and blogging experience a plus

Internship/CDD full time or part time of 6 months or more.

This position is available in Levallois Perret FRANCE as soon as possible.
