Article I: Organisation
Every month of (from the first to the last day of the month), the firm Toluna SAS, with registered capital of
€38112, and which has its head office at: 14 place Marie Jeanne Bassot, Levallois-Perret, 92300, entered in the
Paris Trade & Companies Register under No. 432033181, organises a competition called "The Incredible £5000 Grand
Prize Draw". This competition is being held on the French, German, Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese, Holland,
Belgian, Swedish, Polish, Irish, Swiss, Austrian, Australian, Russia, Czech, Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Brazilian,
Argentine, Chilean, Peruvian, Japanese, Singapore, Finnish, Danish et Norwegian sites belonging to Toluna SAS
and is restricted solely to people who are residents of those countries.
Article II: Participation
Participation in this free competition, which does not entail any purchase obligations, is open to anyone
(excluding the staff of the companies organising it and their families, and namely the company Toluna)
who is a member of the French, German, Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese, Holland, Belgian, Swedish, Polish,
Irish, Swiss, Austrian, Australian, Russia, Czech, Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Brazilian, Argentine, Chilean, Peruvian,
Japanese, Singapore, Finnish, Danish et Norwegian versions of the Toluna website. The competition is open to
minors subject to the responsibility of a legal guardian who can prove parental authority. Participation is not
restricted to one entry per household.
Article III: Terms
To participate, all you have to do is register at the site. Registration entitles you to one ticket, which is
valid for the Grand Prize for the current month. An electronic ticket for "The Incredible £5000 Grand Prize Draw"
competition may also be exchanged for 1,500 points. The same person may exchange as many tickets as he or she wishes
to at a rate of 1,500 points per ticket.
Article IV: Prize
This draw has a full value of £5000 to be divided in the following ways:
- One cheque to the value of £2000
- One cheque to the value of £1000
- One cheque to the value of £500
- Two cheques to the value of £150
- Three gift vouchers worth £100
- 12 gift vouchers worth £75
Article V: Selecting the prize winners
To select the winner, lots will be drawn each month from the list of participants following the closure of the
"The Incredible £5000 Grand Prize Draw" during the preceding month. There shall be only one lot per winner
(same name, same address, or same e-mail address). The winners will be informed by Toluna SAS of the results
via e-mail. The winners authorise any checks on their identity and domicile (postal address and/or Internet
address). Any false addresses or identity information will result in the winner being disqualified along with
all his or her entries in the competition.
Article VI: Legal deposit
The regulations shall be held in the chambers of Franck CHERKI, Huissier de Justice 119, avenue de Flandre, 75019 PARIS, France.
The regulations may be modified by the organiser at any time using an additional clause, in accordance with the
conditions set out, and published by placing an announcement on line at the Web site http://uk.toluna.com. The
additional clause shall be lodged with Franck CHERKI, Huissier de Justice 119, avenue de Flandre, 75019 PARIS,
France, which is the depository for the regulations prior to their publication.
The regulations shall be forwarded free of charge to any person who has sent a request in writing to the following
address: Toluna SAS, 14, place Marie-Jeanne Bassot, Levallois-Perret, 92300. The stamp required for the request
for the regulations shall be refunded upon request, based on the slow postal rate for letters in force.
Article VII: Costs refund
Any participant in the competition may obtain a refund for costs relating to the time spent involved in the
competition on the basis of a five-minute connection at the off-peak rate. The request for a refund shall be
posted to Toluna SAS within 30 days of the closing date for the competition (as authenticated by the postmark),
along with bank details, proof of residence and an invoice statement from an access provider specifying the date
and time of the connection. The costs incurred by the participant for the stamp required for this request shall
be refunded upon receiving a request in writing, based on the slow postal rate for letters in force. Only one
refund request per participant enrolled in the competition per envelope (same name, same address) shall be taken
into account.
Article VIII: Connection and use
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the absence of
protection for certain data against possible rerouting or pirating, and risks of contamination by any viruses
circulating on the network. Toluna SAS accepts no responsibility in the event of misuse or incidents related to
computer use, Internet access for telephone lines or any other technical connection, or the sending of bulletins

Article IX: Disputes and responsibilities
Participation in this competition implies unreserved acceptance of the regulations in their entirety. Any
inaccurate or untruthful declaration, and any fraud, will lead to the participant being disqualified. Toluna SAS
shall settle any disputes related to the competition and its regulations without right of appeal. No requests
either by telephone or in writing concerning the interpretation or application of these regulations, the
mechanisms or terms of the competition, or concerning the list of prize winners, shall be answered. Toluna SAS
reserves the right to extend or cancel this competition for any reason whatsoever, subject to observance of
Article VI.
Article X: Delivery of the lots
Toluna SAS may not be held liable for any damage, theft or loss that occurs when the lots are delivered.
Article XI: Proof agreement
Except in the case of obvious mistakes, it is agreed that the information resulting from Toluna SAS’s
competition systems shall have probative force in any dispute in relation to connection details and the data
processing of the aforementioned information relating to the competition.
Article XII: Assignment of jurisdiction
The participants unreservedly accept that the simple act of taking part in this competition of necessity makes
them subject to French laws, particularly regarding any dispute that may arise from the competition forming the
subject of these presents, or which may be either directly or indirectly related to it, this being without
prejudice to any regulations for conflicts of laws which may exist. Any dispute between the parties shall fall
under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance in Paris.
Article XIII: Data Processing and Civil Liberties
Pursuant to Article L.27 of the Law concerning Data Processing and Civil Liberties, dated 6 January 1978,
participants shall have the right to gain access to their files and correct them. No name-specific data shall
be transferred to third parties for any reason whatsoever.
Article XIV: Literary and artistic property rights
In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation
of all or part of the items comprising this competition are strictly prohibited. The trademarks referred to are
registered trademarks.
