I always thought the British Justics system was fair

until my son was wrongly convicted of rape.He was convicted to 6 years of which he served 4, was released on licence but after only 3 weeks was illegally returned to prison for a crime he wasn't even charged with. Several years down the line now he has a good job and is engaged to be married to a girl with a 2 yr. old daughter. There is a possibility that due to being on the sex offenders list he may not be able to live with them as social services may take the child away. Do these people screaming for Sarah's Law in this country have any idea what further harm this may do to him. I am not just a mum protecting her son here. I KNOW he did not commit rape. When is he going to have to stop paying for it ?

No, the British Justice System is not fair by any means of imagination unfortunately - as already stated it depends on where you are, who you are and sometimes even what side of the bed the judge has got out of that morning.

We live in a world full of hate. We are bringing up a generation of children to hate. Do you think that we will ever live in a world where we can embrace each others differences or where our religions do not affect the way people judge us. Life is too short and tooo precious to waste it fighting with each other. I hope it happens in my lifetime but if not I hope I have taught my children to treat every individual they meet on their own merits regardless of race religion or colour. What do you think?

Well hopefully one day the human race will come to its senses and realise hate is such a wasted emotion.

This year has simply flown by but I must have misse summer ! I believe it happened for a few days in May... Seriously what has happened to our weather ? Every season seems to be the same now. We are having miserable summes and very mild winters. Is this due to global warming?

Dont write off the british summer yet - I reckong we will get an Indian Summer within the next few days that will go on until October. the leaves are already shedding and the colours of the trees are changing but the days will be warm and dry for a few weeks. be positive.
