I know that this is not really an opinion, but i wanted to see if anyone could help me please. Last summer the NBA announced it was opening a UK office in london. From what i have read it seems like it is open. But i cannot find an address, or contact number (apart from the main NBA number which doesnt help). Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Try a search on Google for NBA UK. Failing that the main site may have links to regional sites.

I currently use a product call Aloe Propolis Creme by Forever (www.aloeraggett.net) and it is amazing for very dry skin, non greasy and smells lovely. My mother-in-law has tried it for eczema and it worked wonders. This product is a tad pricey at £18 (does last though) I just wondered if anyone could reccommend something less expensive that does a similar job?

What has lead to me to asking this is, i currently live square and because it the centre of a city we have no garden but we do have a communal gardens in the centre of the square, which we pay for the up keep of. We recently had some homeless people set up a tent in the middle of the square and from my lounge window, could witness them going to the toilet in the bushes, using needles and throwing them anywhere they wanted and having drunken screaming violent arguements late at night which used to wake us up. We reported them to the police as i think most people did, but i was told that the police could do nothing as they had squatters rights and they had to be served with an eviction notice, which takes 6 weeks and then they are giving another 6 weeks to move on! I wasnt very happy! There are children were i live and i hate to think of them going in there.

Anyway to cut a long story short, i was talking to a friend and they told me that if someone broke into my own home and changed the locks, it would then be illegal for me to force entry into my own home and turf them out. They too would be served with an eviction notice! If tihs is the case and it happened to me, i would be arrested. There is no way on this earth i could stand by and allow that! Where are my rights being taking into account? I pay the mortgage, the council tax, the bills, my belongings are in there. Does anyone know if this is correct????? And if yes why the hell does someone have a rights over my own home? ( i have tried searching for this on the internet but come to a dead end)

I hope for the sanity of the nation that this is not a real law. As far as I understood if a house or property had been abandoned and someone else went to live in it (without causing trouble enough to be removed) for a long time a number of years I believe without being contested then the building would be theirs as no one has claimed it and they have made good use of it. However if someone tries to claim the house and you contest it I’m sure something could be done.
