Hello, lately I have come to realise that different people have their own little quirky ways on how they like to make their cuppa. I know what you might be thinking - tea bag in cup, boiling water, milk or sugar to taste...... but some put milk in the cup first, then add boiling water with the tea bag.... some prefer a cuppa heated in a microwave (honestly!) ..... some only want tea made from a tea pot....

I've heard that putting the milk in first comes from the olden days, when most people would put milk in the cup then add tea steepd in the tea pot because 'average' quality tea cups would break from the heat of boiling water(!) Posh people with expensive tea cups could add the boiling tea first, then milk.

What's you favourite tea making technique? Do you have any special tips for others on how to make the perfect cuppa?
