The Grand Theft Auto series gets allot of bad press, do you think it deserves it? Do you believe that it has a bad influence on children/society?

My opinion is no, it doesn't deserve the press it gets, also children shouldn't be playing it and society is a bad inluence on society. THere are so many sources of feeding violence back to society which are readily accepted, why pick on something just because you don't like it? Shakespeare, Chaucer and many other such authors are taught to our children in schools, their writings can be very violent and sex orientated, and , in my opinion much more descriptive than tongue in cheek cartoon violence such as GTA.


I'll be buying GTA 4, i'll play it and then return to work as a civil servant without stamping someone to death for no reason whatsoever.

it is good but i think San Andreas plays better.the graffics on gta 4 are the best so far.

What do ypu think about boys and girls as young as 9 saying their favourite computer game is Grand Theft Auto which is a game where you steal cars,run from the police,get arrested,watch people take drugs and meet prostitutes

as long as they dont go around stealing cars and killing people it fine with me.
