Should the UK have to pay for a TV licence? Most of the programmes on the BBC are repeats anyway.

yes seeing as most of the progs are repeats i feel i have already paid for the prog once, and sometimes its quite boring

Linnet has just mentioned (under another topic) one of my pet hates ...how, before one programme has finished , they are sending you little messages about what is to come on next...i lose my concentration and often miss that last minute of whatever i was watching. Those little announcement trailers always feel to me like the telly company is urgently plucking at my sleeve and saying desperately. ''dont leave us! you wont turn over will you??'' it is just another sign of this rush rush world,fleeing from one thing to the next like a gang of lemmings!!

its really anoying when your into a prog, and its interupted, but i suppose announcements have there place

I have not found a series since the Twilight Zone that has kept me addicted like Supernatural does. I watched the first two series when they were on tv but missed some episodes and bought the box set. Rewatching it I loved it and am not eagerly anticipating the third season which is due for release 25th August. I have missed most of season 3 on tv and don't want to come in part way through so going to have to hold out for the next 4 months for it to be released. Absolutely love the story line, think that Jensen & Jared are great actors in the roles they play and that it flows really well and keeps putting new and original bits in each season. Anyone else addicted to it? I don't normally get that entralled in series (bar for 24) but this one has reeled me in big time!

dont know this, i done tend to watch this type of prog, i like things i can believe in and the supernatural isnt one
