i think being healthy is good as long as you do it in the right way. If you eat healthy it is good but as long as you do it right and have a balanced diet. I eat 3 meals per day but have pieces of fruit in between the meals and try to have a couple of varieties of vegeatbles in the evening too.

I try to, and I acually love learning about nutrition, diet & exercise! Facinating! But I find it difficult to stick to it sometimes

I was watching the original Mr men series on DVD with my son - it still stands the test of time and Arthur Lowe was such a good narrator. Just wondered who was peoples favourite Mr Men? Mine was a close call between Mr Bump and Mr Tickle - but my top one would have to be Mr Tickle.

Working too much...
In the UK we all work too hard and spend too little time with out families, or simply enjoying being alive. The work ethic sucks!
