My bf used to tell me it hurts sooo damn badly!!! This could be due to the testicles are vulnerable little things which just hanging there in the scrotum without nothing protecting it from kick or punch or whatsoever. I read it from a book, there is no muscles or bones to the cushion the blows. Being covered in nerves results to the unforgettable pain of getting kicked in the balls. Apart from that, the testicles develop inside the abdomen and it will move down into scrotum before birth. As it descends, the nerves remain attached. I think it makes sense. That’s could be the reason why u can feel it at the pit of ur tummy when u get kicked
