I am petrified and have no idea and need tips asap! i have one to day and i cry just thinking about it and get all weak and dizzy thinking about it!

First off blood test do not hurt that much! They take about a minute to collect and its over very quickly. If you have a fear of needles, look away and ask the nurse to distract you, talk to you.

The amount of blood taken is too small to make you feel weak\dizzy... you'll be fine. Think about something else while its being done or better yet once your comfortable have a look to see what the nurse is doing and you'll be alot happier with needles in general

My favourite place is asda, not only for the food, you can get homeware and clothes too. you can do the wholr thing in 1!
