I am French so I have eaten the usual French delicacies of snails (and they are really nice, mainly the garlic butter they are swimming in), frogs legs (I tried them a couple of times and they taste like a slightly fishy chicken), oysters (live ones, they are lovely with a bit of shallots and vinegar so that they are anesthetised when you chew them). Have you personally eaten an unusual animal and what dis it taste like? I would really like to try Squirrel one day as I have been told it is really nice and I already eat rabbit regularly.
