Haven't been online much the last few months but i do still pop back to toluna and catch some of the regs opinions and iv noticed even more grumbles from regular members and new members that toluna site is playing up for them and wont work properly same here! and there are points not being given or owed for longer periods some have said e mails of complaints are either ignored or don't receive helpful replies so i thought id do a topic just to toluna they read opinions to check them so at least they will read all our complaints and praises which ever you would like to voice so go for it toluners what would you like to make sure they read ? me I'm owed points lots of error pages keep popping up or the site doesn't work at all and iv had no surveys or even a monthly newsletter for 3 months and there advice keep updating my e mail address doesn't work !!!!!!!!!

I am getting sick of this site. they have not given points for so many surveys i have done and whenyou contact them they wont reply. It is is so ridiculous the reward price has gone up from 30,000 to 60,000 for sainsburys vouchers. Ive only managed to get one so far for 30,000. how are we possibly gonna get a voucher worth 60,000 points. i think its time to say good bye to toluna.
