i had my eyes tested a few years ago and i had to have glasses but now im not sure when i should go back for anothr test any advise would be great thanks

I have a test every 2 year and my optician normally sends me a letter to remind me about it. If its been a few years since your last test I strongly recommend you go and have another one as opticians also test for other things such as Glaucoma as well as the quality of your sight.
Try and stay with the same optician as they will have all your previous tests on record and they will be able to advise you on the frequency of you tests as they will be able to see how your eyes have been over a period of time rather then just over one test.

LAST NIGHT MY HUSBAND WHEN OUT TO WALK THE DOG AND WHEN HE GOT BACK HE HANDED ME A CHOCOLATE BAR MY REACTION WAS OOH WHATS THIS THEN, I OPENED IT AND HAD A LITTLE BITE IT WAS SO NICE I THOUGHT I WAS IN HEAVEN IT WAS SO CREAMY LIKE NOTHING I HAVE EVER TRIED BEFOR NORMALLY I DONT BUY SOME THING DIFERENT I JUST STICK TO THE SAME OLD CHOCOLATE IF YOU HAVNT TRIED IT AND YOUR A FAN OF GALAXY I WOULD CERTENLY SAY GO GET ONE MMMmmm
