I may be wrong, but I don't believe you can pass on your points to another Toluna member....... I think any points you have earned are forfeited if you resign before spending them. I've had a look in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below, and can't find any reference, other than how to cancel your account. You could always use the "Contact Toluna" link in the FAQ, and see if you can get them to give you an answer! (if they do, please let us know!)

Having seen dog parks in the US I think that areas in which dogs can roam (under the supervision of their owner) can only be a good thing. I think it would help many of the dogs socialise and give them a controlled area in which they can burn off some energy whilst having fun.

If it also meant there were "Doggy Toilets" then I would be all in favour! I am fed up with having to avoid dog mess on the pavements of our town - and having to steer my two young children round it too. It seems, where we live, that the places where you find most mess are along the pavements that lead to the schools in town. I wish people would just CLEAN UP after themselves! If there were Doggy Playgrounds with Doggy Toilets, then at least the problem would be in one avoidable place.
