always... if you are about to go boxing training, then you best be listening to heavy agressive rock or hiphop....
if you are trying to relax/set a scene then you need some smooth rnb....
or if you are in a mood to act totally stupid then you need al ya GAY anthems out of the bag!!!

I keep seeing pictures of this girl in every paper, on the tv and even online. The woman is obviously in a real bad mess at this present time and although I do think that she is not safe to be out in public and that she can cause harm to herself and others, I do not think the media help with the situation. I think it is very sad to see some one who is obviously quite talented go to waste!! The same with Britney the Media have almost killed the girl . .as if life wasn’t bad enough for her at that stage the media was showing the world her weaknesses and lows. Just wondered if any one else had any different opinions on how the media have power to portray things in a certain light. Like the latest picture I saw she had walked into a lamppost when drunk!!! Is it just me or do normal people do that on occasion when they are out on the town!!!

Very troubled young lady.Could use some positive help and left alone by papparazzi.
