Nope - not unless there's a surefire way of proving someone's guilt without a shadow of a doubt. There should be much stricter peal sentences for any crimes though, such as harsher living conditions in prisons to act as a deterrent; hard labour should also be reintroduced as punishment for controversial crimes such as rape and paedophilia, as well as murder.
