It depends on the context. Mainly it means laugh out loud these days, but it can mean lots of love in certain circumstances (like at the end of an email)

Oh don't get me started! Too late...
Doctor Who is one of my favourite progammes of all time. I was born far too late to see any classic Who, and I'd heard that it was very scary, so I wasn't keen to watch it when it came back. I watched it anyway, and it was scary. I enjoyed it, don't get me wrong, but I still have nightmares about the Empty Child and the Doctor Dances. Then again, I also have some very good dreams about these episodes, because of a certain Captain. I cried when he got left behind, and did it again when I watched it on repeats, and again on DVD. From Jack's appearance I was hooked, and I've watched every single episode as close to its broadcast as possible. I've also watched every single episode several times.
I really don't know what I love about it. This series has been funny, moving and kick-ass, and it's just addictive. I cried if I missed episodes, it was that bad. It is undoubtedly my favourite thing in my life

While it may have taken RTD to revive the franchise he seemed determine to flog the horse as if it were dead, with the dreadful sequels and merchandising, can anyone say adipose is this years hottest christmas gift? His writing is not excellent, bar midnight which was a nice departure from his usual writing and a welcome break from the awful Catherine Tate, her voice claws at my soul. Thank god that Steven Moffat is take over from him, he is sure to bring the quality of Doctor Who to the next level, his episodes have been nothing but a cavalcade of successes.

In regards the Doctor, I will limit this to only recent Doctors since I have also done so for the writers. David Tennant while not an awful actor is becoming grating. He seems to have only two moods, happy and brooding. Christopher Eccleston was far and a way the better Doctor. My pick for the next Doctor would have to be

torchwood and doctor who like them both

It depends on my mood. I prefer to write Torchwood, because it's darker and you can do romance easier, but Doctor Who is a lot more fun
