Two years ago I went to Ironbridge for the day. It was a really hot summer and that particular day it was about 36 degrees celsius. There was a TV crew taking photos and interviewing people about what they did to keep warm. They came and interviewed my friend and I. I was relieved that they didn't play back what I said on TV because I'd lost my voice and felt really silly! They showed me and my friend eating ice creams and lots of my neighbours commented about seeing me on the news. I wondered if anyone else has been on the TV?

Ive been seen talking with the people from scrapheap challenge, the roadshow. Still, they said it would be on tv in 6 months... it took a year and a half :)

Do you remember McGyver - Richard Dean Anderson. I was just answering a topic on blu-tack and mentioned that McGyver would find 1000 uses for it and suddenly remembered all the things he made from nothing. Did you watch it and did you get hooked into it. As a kid I loved it and thought he was amazing and really bought into all the excitement of it. Now watching old episodes you just have to laugh at what he used things for and turned them into. Your thoughts.
